Honoring Diversity. Empowering Change. Transforming Lives.

Hello there
I'm Ashleigh Lewis
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective behavioral support and guidance to families, schools, and the community. With a focus on evidence-based practices, I work collaboratively to develop personalized strategies that promote positive behavior and enhance the quality of life for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
Purpose
My purpose is to advance the field of applied behavior analysis by centering culture, identity, and context within ethical, socially valid, and evidence-based practice. I am committed to equipping educators, clinicians, and organizations with culturally responsive tools and strategies that strengthen relationships, improve learner engagement, and support meaningful behavior change. Through training, consultation, and professional development, I work to bridge the gap between education and ABA by promoting sustainable, classroom-centered practices. I also strive to increase representation and social validity in intervention materials through culturally affirming resources for children and families of color. Ultimately, my work is driven by a passion to help build more equitable, inclusive, and impactful systems of support for diverse learners and the professionals who serve them.
My Focus
1.
Provide unique and individualized behavioral support to families and educators that honor cultural differences, promote collaboration, and use evidence based, ABA strategies to promote positive change
2.
Offer private ABA-based behavioral consultation services that address the unique needs of families and schools, helping them navigate autism and behavioral challenges with confidence.
3.
Use culturally responsive and evidence-based strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within behavioral health, encouraging systemic change that amplifies underrepresented voices.
